first of all you need to be sure that you have a web site with NetCells... when you buy a domain name that name has to be set up on the server, there are a number of hosting options -- shown on: ›netcells.net/products, and another option is to re-direct it to another web site.
if your domain name is set up, it will come up when entering it in your browser address line, if it is not you need to contact us and tell us your chosen option. it is most important that your domain is up and working in some way, otherwise you are losing precious time - it takes weeks and months before a new web site gets established in the Internet.
our hosting solutions, except ›0Cell and ›1Cell, come with cPanel software (more information on ›cPanel.net), industry standard and probably the best site management interface, which includes a wide range of tools - essential ones - such as email, detailed traffic information and statistics, file manager and many others you probably have never heard of, but you would be well advised to take interest in.

CPanel is commercial software with many user groups and forums, which you can search for information and guidance, there is also documentation in bottom left corner of the cPanel screen and helpful video guides as you log in. Your cPanel is automatically updated as the new versions are released.

the login data for your cPanel are the same as login to your web space (via SFTP).
you must use your server Username (NOT your email) - that can not be changed.
it is most important that that your Password is secure - it protects all your site data and your email - use combination of 2 or more words (alter their spelling) and numbers, lower and upper case, no spaces, do NOT use your name or your site name. our server security settings will automatically reject silly passwords, so -- be imaginative!
