Liam Finn portraits for Spin magazine  

New Zealand based photographer Phillip simpson recently photographed musician Liam Finn for New York's Spin Magazine. Both the photographer and Finn have recently returned to New Zealand, after living in London, so the session was an amiable and collaborative one. The resulting photographs reflect their shared interest in the melding of urbanity and nature.

On 14 June 2007, I joined The Collective Force www.collectiveforce.co.nz. They will represent me in New Zealand, Australia, Asia and the U.S.A.

In May 2007, I was elected Auckland Vice President of the Advertising and Illustrative Photographers Association of New Zealand. This is a great honour and I look forward to my role within the association.
