following are my instructions for publishing images of me - I understand they will be applied until I send this form again - for new images, not past ones - pictures can not be unpublished!
  • publish my full name with my web address
  • publish only my first name
  • publish with my nickname (as above)
  • publish my images but with no name
  • I don't want any pictures of me published at all!
  • none of those - as explained below
