The images are displayed ( and sold, if you so choose ) either under the Creative Commons Licence (CC) or under the traditional copyright formula, as you decide for each image.

Compared to the traditional Copyright, CC Licence is more flexible and probably more in tune with the today's world - you do retain ownership of the images, while allowing certain uses. More info on ›www.creativecommons.org.

The copyright notice on your Cell as the images are displayed (which mentions your name and Netcells Ltd.) is asserting our rights to the ensemble of the Netcells site and the design.
