It is MOST IMPORTANT that your Contact Details, the email address in particular, are kept up to date, or you risk missing important update information, having you web site/Cell suspended, even losing your domain name(s) registered with Netcells.

To update your contact info in the new Netcells User Zone (NUZ4) go to Account > Profile.
To update your contact info in old NUZ (including your password) go to Base > UpdateUser.
The new NUZ (Netcells User Zone) is accessible via secure connection on: netcells.net/nuz.
