you can use it in English or in a variety of other languages.

you can also set up your email address(es) at this stage, if your Hosting package allows it (they all do, except 1Cell).
to set up your email account in cPanel go to Email Accounts (or whatever it is called in your language version (look for the letter icon).

you can use your mail just via ›Webmail from any location or device - you will avoid many problems in this way.
