If you just registered a Domain Name with us, this name will not work until there nameserver records have been updated worldwide. This process is know as Propagation and takes up to 72 hours. Your name usually becomes visible on the Net about 24 hours after being set up.

If you bought Hosting from us but your Domain Name is not registered with us, your Site will not work until the nameservers for that Name are set to:
ns1.netcells.com
ns2.netcells.com
This is done through the company that you registered the Name with, some provide a control panel where you can set the nameservers yourself.
We cannot change the nameservers unless you transfer the Name to us.
When you register a Domain Name with us the nameservers are automatically set.
