Missing or corrupt fonts are a major cause of printing faults.
A sure way to avoid all that is to convert the fonts to Outlines when sending at the artwork stage.
This can be done in Illustrator program (select the text with pointer tool, >Type>Create Outlines) and also in InDesign (select the text, >Type>Create Outlines).
Save the resulting file in EPS (.eps) format.
(there may be some variations to this, depending on the program version).
