This is an interesting question.
at this stage TimeCell is just a network of friends, i.e. people who already know and like one another.
further on we will have to establish some criteria for joining -- that will probably be something like a list of questions -- to check that we are really on the same planet...
brief -- we must have something in common - creativity is a good factor, we are creative and like to support other creatives, but there are many other criteria.
