this problem is easily solved by the recipient of your email - they need to relax their spam control or (better) add your address to their Whitelist.

Spam is a big and growing nuisance. people employ programs to deal with it. those programs work by various rules, which are set, more or less consciously and effectively by the user or by the company that runs user's email.

The causes for your mails ending up in your recipient's spam box are:
1 rules employed or changed in your recipient's mail program
2 you are being blocked by company or organisation managing your recipient mail - in that case you have no other option than to contact them or ask us to do it for you
3 reputation of your domain name - if you have unsolicited email sent from your email address via mailing lists or automated programs that will be registered by various mail monitoring programs worldwide. once your mail reputation is lost getting it back is a slow and painful process
4 reputation of your IP address - your email is sent via an IP address - usually shared or you can have a dedicated one, if that is blacklisted or tarnished you will have a deliverability problem with your email. IP address can be changed, but that will only work if it was the only cause of your bad reputation
5 your email being hijacked by spammers - if you have been hacked to sent spam then you should not be surprised that your email ends in spam boxes - see above. we have server functionality to block spam but they will not react until some spam has been sent.

some of your options are:
- if you personally know the recipient ask them to modify their rules
- modify your message and especially its title - it might contain words that trigger anti-spam software
- make sure your email account has active SPF and DKIM records - in your cPanel > Email > Email Authentication
- send email from a different address - our hosting accounts allow you to create new addresses easily
- change your IP address
