Yes, of course, if you have a compatible hosting account with NetCells, you, or your associates can connect directly to each of your email accounts via secure (encrypted) connection. you need to go to:

your web site name is what you see when you go to your web site, example, your name is Albert Einstein and you have a site at alberteinstein.com, you would go and connect to your webmail accounts on:
https://alberteinstein.com:2096
or
https://webmail.alberteinstein.com

to log in to Webmail you need to use the full email address (example: albert@alberteinstein.com, NOT Albert) and the password for that particular email account .
once you logged in your have choice of web mail programs, you can use any of them, interchangeably.

you can also read your email by logging to your cPanel -- but there you will be able to access ALL mail accounts, so, do not give it to people who work for you:

so, in the example above, you would go and access your cPanel on:
https://alberteinstein.com:2083
or
https://cpanel.alberteinstein.com
to log in to cPanel you need to use your Username and the password for your account/webspace., Username is unique for each account and it can not be changed.

IMPORTANT: Please take the security of your email, and your password in particular very seriously!
when connecting from a computer which is not your own do NOT use the "Remember Password" feature and remember to LOG OUT when finished. Remember you are responsible for your site's security, one hacked account can cause problems for all server Users, your account will be blocked if hacked and can deleted without refund if you act irresponsibly!

If you forgot your email account password you can re-set it by logging to your cPanel, as explained in ›FAQ9, use multiple words and numbers, upper and lower case, no spaces, do NOT use your name or your site name, your password is automatically checked for security, silly passwords will be refused.
