Yes, you can. In COMMS>SecureMessages>SendMail
You can reply to a SecureMessage and also compose a NewMail message.
On the left of Reply/Send Mail page you have a number of Templates to help you deal with messages, which, on click, will load into the body of your mail. Some templates supplied by Netcells and you can also add and edit your own. Template text can be edited before sending off.
The reply address on your message is taken from your User settings, you can also change it ( reply will come to your usual email address ).
All sent messages are accessible under the OUT button.
