in your cPanel go to FTP Accounts to set up FTP accounts, each with a different username, password and a specified disk quota. when you set up an account you will get your manual setting.

you also get 3 optional configuration panels: - FileZilla (for Windows) - CoreFTP (for Windows) - Cyberduck (for Mac) download the relevant file if you use those programs. here are the instructions for Cyberduck: 1 If you haven’t installed Cyberduck, you can download it here. If you have Cyberduck, skip to step 2. 2 Download the FTP configuration or SFTP configuration and save it onto your desktop. 3 Double-click on the download file. 4 Cyberduck will open the download file and log you into your FTP account.
