A summary of each invoice is emailed to you in plain text format, that also contains link to the payment page.
You can view and print all your invoices in your Netcells User Zone: NUZ > Account > Bills
The money due but not yet invoiced (for site fixes, help etc) also shows in NUZ > Account > Bills - click ShowOwed - that will be added to your next invoice, in due course.

Amounts owed for domain name / hosting renewal will not necessarily show there, they are not calculated until when an invoice is made. There is no need to renew names which have hosting (an active web site) with us - this is done automatically, unless you tell us otherwise.
Note that most Users receive a Renewal Notice rather than an Invoice for their name/hosting renewal.
With new hosting package we will give you a full refund within one month following the start date. You can also cancel your hosting within one month following the renewal date. No refunds are given after that time.
