A Transfer Request will time out is there is no confirmation via Email or via web Address (which is sent by Email).

The Request is sent to the ADMIN CONTACT EMAIL held in the Domain name Records. If this was your own email address, which is no longer used, you have two options: #1 set up this address again (if it was something like me999@hotmail.com. #2 go the company you registered the name with and request that the Admin Contact Email is changed to your current address or to admin@netcells.net (assuming you are moving the name to us). When the Admin Contact email is up to date the Transfer Request can be sent again. |
