None of your data are secure unless secure unless your passwords are. it is a good idea to change your password from time to time. never use single names or dictionary words as password. Use a mix of letter and numbers - a good trick is to use an easy to remember word and replace some letters with numbers, for example change an 'S' to a '5', an 'A' to '4' etc. or use a misspelled word, fragments of words, combined words and so on.

do not use the same password for different logins. please take this very seriously, and in case you don't, our server is set to automatically reject all passwords which do not meet our security standard. your Netcells User Zone (NUZ) password: NUZ > Account > Profile. your cPanel password: cPanel > Preferences > Password & Security (that is also the password you use to connect to your web space via SFTP) your email passwords: cPanel > Email Accounts > Password (you will also have to change the password on each program/device that connects to that email account) |
