First of all, you need to ascertain whether the problem is on the server or (more likely) on your local device (computer, laptop, mobile phone). Log in to your site's Control Panel (cPanel) and go to Mail, then go to your email account to read and send email. If you are loggin to your email on cPanel then the problem is with your local device - Netcells Support does not cover those, but, you are welcome to contact us with more details, as it might be something simple - you can also try to recreate the mail account on your device or create a new one and see if that works ok. If you can not log to your cPanel or you can not log in to your email account in cPanel, then perhaps you have a password problem - see ›FAQ 42 If Email sent to your address gets returned to sender, this is probably because your email storage has reached its limit. You need to download your email with your local program (called Client - Outlook, Mail, Eudora etc) or log in to your Control Panel, read it and delete it, if you have no disk space left you might not be able to delete your messages, in which case contact us urgently. By definition, you are the only person who can check your email is working correctly - do this by sending an email to yourself. Of course, we can only help you with emails sent to a domain name which is set up on our server - not ones sent to Hotmail, your ISP address etc - me@mysite.com but NOT me@hotmail.com). Accessing your Control Panel (cPanel) is explained in ›FAQ 9 See also: ›FAQ 195: I am not receiving my email ›FAQ 57: I cannot send email ›Email Overview. |
