If your server-based facility, such as email, suddenly stops working and you are unable to solve the problem yourself, you need to contact us through the ›Support page.

Note that, although we will always try to help you, NetCells Support does not extend to troubleshooting your local computer software - the program you use to collect and send your email, in particular.
Before contacting us with email problems, please check that you can log in, read and send your emails on the server via your ›cPanel or via your ›Webmail.
