In principle, setting it up is the same as configuring your local computer, as explained in: ›FAQ143.
However, you should check your mobile phone provide's information on how to set up your device, you often have to register via a dedicated web site.

Note the above only applies to email addresses based on your own domain, which is hosted on our server (me@mywebsite.com), not gmail, yahoo, hotmail or such likes.
