Log to your webmail and search for the message(s) received, do not forget to check the Spam folder. If the email is there but not on your devices the issue is with your devices not connecting to the server.

Undelivered email will eventually be returned to the sender (this might take several hours), complete with reason for not delivering, named something like "Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender", ask for a copy of such a message.
