Frequently Asked Questions

Your email will stop functioning if an email account is gone over its Quota.
Each Email Account leave Quota box empty or set it to 'unlimited' when setting up a mail account in your cPanel.
If the Email Accounts are already set up you can change the Quota on any account by going to:
Mail>Add/Remove/ManageAccounts then click Quota next to the Account in question.
When mail account Quota is empty or set to 'unlimited' your email will be stored until the total disk space allocated for your hosting runs out.

You must deal with your incoming email, otherwise your box will get full and stop functioning !

If you use your local computer for email (as opposed to server-based email) this will create mail boxes on the server - you need to import those mail boxes into your cPanel program so that you can deal with their content - as explained in ›FAQ85.
