Domain names:
Invoices are no longer sent for the domain name renewals, you get an automatic reminder before the name name expires (unless it is set to AUTORENEW). If you have a site running and a good credit standing with us we will normally renew the name when due, the name renewal is included in most of our hosting packages. The amount owed is put on account or, you will be emailed an Renewal Notice to be paid when convenient.

Web site development work:
Developing and maintain a successful site consist of multitude of small tasks and adjustments and you should never consider this work as finished.
The User Board (NUZ>Comms>Board) is the most efficient vehicle for the ongoing communications regarding your site's dev and you can also use it to track what and when has been done.
The time spent on development is logged into the system after each task has been completed, this is the most cost-effective and convenient way, you can spread the cost over over many months, paying only once or twice a year.
