NetCells is a small and specialised company focused on our creative community. we endeavour to give our Users informative advice and help with all aspects of their Internet activity, whenever possible, without fuss or limitations.

our advice is gathered in the knowledgebase of ›Frequently Asked Questions - please check that before requesting Support. we also have a Forum facility where all Users can talk to one another and Admin. in addition to the above, we have high level access to our dedicated server techies (the notorious Level 3 Support) - you could not communicate with those people directly as you would not understand what they are saying. we will translate and transmit this knowledge to you. please note, our support covers the server and its functionality, notably, the hosting and email. we do not directly support your web site, unless it is built and maintained by NetCells, nor can we resolve problems you might have on your local devices and their software. many such local problems are solved by updating or re-installing. the standard way of getting help is via the Board - the 2-way (Admin - User) communication system in your ›User Zone: NUZ > Comms > Board - there is no need to send emails - the Board notifies us and you of every update. our communications are stored there for future reference and easily found at any time. if you can't log in to your User Zone send us a message via ›Netcells Help page. the server status can be checked on ›netcells.net/system/ - all server down-time is logged there. we speak plain English (plus a couple of other languages) but, if you need help you need to be willing to read and implement the recommendations, or employ someone who can deal with IT information efficiently. |
