We run our own secure dedicated server, since June 2003.
We have a proven track of reliability, which easily exceed the commercial standards of server performance.
The server data is mirrored via RAID system, so, even if the server's hard drive failed, the other one would immediately take over.
Our database is also backed-up on regular basis.
To our knowledge no User has ever lost email or any other data on our server.

Having said that, due to the very nature of the Internet, we cannot give an absolute guarantee against data loss. You are advised to keep a copy of all your valuable data.
