Under the terms of Creative Commons (CC) licence as used on Netcells, you still retain the ownership of the work, however copying and non-commercial use is allowed, as long as the work is credited and no modifications are made. We encourage you to release your work under the CC licence (you can set this in NUZ) - it is in keeping with the cultural and technology changes, it encourages cooperation and it removes ambiguity. Even if you take an entirely selfish point of view, work released under the CC licence can give you valuable publicity and lead to highly-paid commissions. You still retain all rights to your work and must authorise any commercial use, as you choose. More info on >the Creative Commons site. NUZ (Netcells User Zone) is on: >netcells.net/users/. |
