Examples (and these are only examples please do not use any of this as your password): # always use 3 words in password and a number password # use an uncommon word known only to yourself and always place it in the first or second or third position in your password # in compound words always use lower case only (as in sanfrancisco) or always start each word with a capital (as in SanFrancisco) # use the second or third or fifth letter of the site you are accessing and place it at the beginning of your password (as in NSanFrancisco) # and then, why not count the number of letters your password contains and add it at the end (as in NSanFrancisco13) # replace some letter with similar looking numbers (as in S4nFr4ncisc0) # use a memorable event, place, person or a combination of all of those (as in MonikaNice2010, PedroBarcelonaAugust etc) also: # never ever ever use your name, your surname, your date of birth in your password! # never ever ever use the same password for everything! if you really can't manage multiple passwords, at least modify it for each login (add the second letter of the site you are accessing at the end, for example) # change passwords occasionally. that's also easy - why not use the last number of the year, first letter of the month or your current location as part of the password... |
