the sequence of your Text Items as shown on your Cell is changed in:
NUZ > Publish > Text
by changing the Item's Position (Pos) number - the higher number will appear higher than a lower number.

the same system can be implemented on your web site - if it is run via NUZ (if you are not sure it is implemented change the sequence on your Cell and then reload your site).
