Never reveal your email address on your web site - that is a sure way to get flooded with spam.

The correct way is to have a secure, spam-proof form which will take the message, store it in your User Zone and send an automated email to the forwarding email address you have set in your User Zone. Every active NetCells User gets such a secure contact form free, via their Cell. If your forwarding email and site is on the NetCells server (me@mywebsite.com etc) you will certainly receive it. However, problems can occur if you are using third party emails (me@somefreeemailprovider.com etc), we do not control those emails, your provider can simply block any email coming in. If that happens all you can do is go to them and - 1. ask them why they are blocking emails from the NetCells server and 2. ask them to unblock those emails. We can not guarantee, of course, that you get the desired result, NetCells will not be chasing various companies blocking our emails - they might do that by error, for convenience, to get extra business or some other reason - such is the state of the Internet today. Our advice is always to get your own email, under your full control, stored on the NetCells server, you can access that email from any device and download it locally as you wish. If you do not have your own email, under your own control you should log in to your NetCells User Zone (NUZ) regularly, to make sure you are not missing any messages from your site or Cell. |
