there are many ways of dealing with your spam - the choice is yours - as long as you do!

do not dump your spam on the NetCells server - that's not nice :-( accumulating spam eats up disk space, and, when you reach your limit your email will stop functioning altogether! besides, legitimate emails can also end up in your spam (junk) folder - you might well miss something important. how you deal with that depends on your email program and that program's settings, here is one reasonably quick way to do it in your webmail RoundCube: - go to Junk folder and scroll through the messages page by page - move any legitimate mail to Inbox - click Select and choose Current Page - click Delete (on the right panel) - repeat that process with the next page - once you have deleted all the junk go to Trash folder > Select All > Delete remember, your should aim at your Junk folder being empty most of the time. |
