Frequently Asked Questions

Make sure that your File does not contain spaces, accents orreserved characters (* , / \ | ? " ' @ # ~ `).

The name must be no longer than 31 characters.

If your file contains one of the above errors our upload program will attempt to re-name the file.

If you are getting the file size error then you must reduce the size of the file.

Remember that CMYK files are not used on the Internet, change the colour space of your image to RGB.

The file must be in a compatible format, for example: jpg, gif, png, pdf, mp3.
