1. prepare (see ›FAQ121) your image - crop it as you like it, adjust colours, make sure it is in RGB ( not CMYK) format, and name it correctly (no spaces, use only letters and numbers - no special characters or accents), you can resize the image or it will be done automatically during upload. 2. go to NUZ > Organize > Files, choose the first uploader (Files) - click +1, tick option Rename File - choose your file - click Upload the file will be resized if too big, your surname will be added to the filename, correctly named thumbnail will be made and put in the thumbs folder. (note that at top left the total number of file in your folder is showing - after a succeful upload this number will increase by 1) 3. after you have uploaded the file its thumbnail will show in your folder list (files are shown in alphabetical order), find your file and click Add2Gallery next to it - this will open an Image Edit page, the filename is automatically inserted, but make sure you add the Tags (keywords) and other relevant information, tick the appropriate ShowWhere radio button to make the image appear (or not) on your site and your Cell (your page on Netcells). |
