To upload files or folders to your web site you need basic computer literacy and a small program called FTP - many of those you can find free on the Internet, just be careful with what you download, some popular ones are Filezilla, CoreFTP, WinSCP for PCs, Cyberduck and Fetch for Apple computers. Web design programs, such as Dreamweaver include an FTP client.

However, you can use your cPanel instead - the site management software that comes free with your Netcells hosting - go to Files > File Manager, once there you will your site's folder (directory) structure and all the files (Web Root - public_html/www - is the directory for files you want publicly visible on your site). To open a directory double-click on its name. To download any file right-click on the filename and choose Download. Also use the top menu (Up One Level, Back, Select All etc) to navigate. Finally, do not forget that you have several file upload options in your User Zone (NUZ) - that is generally what you use when your run and develop your site with Netcells.
