Developer 2 partnership programme is for web designers and coders who have a track record with NetCells - you do not get here immediately, you progress from the ›Developer 1 stage. as a Develper 2 you get your own, industry-standard, WHM Reseller interface from ›cPanel where you can set up and manage sites as you please.

you will get 40% (before tax) of the hosting revenue for each of your client, and we will do our best to bring you more clients. it is normal that you provide Support for your clients whenever that is needed but we will help, of course, if you get stuck.
